if u talking about moving the guild to there thats not possible .. but about making guild with same name i think nothing wrong with that .,, but i think most of the ppl wont leave there character behind and start lvling again .

i don't see any problem with it since Shalamar is was leading Demigod on another server before she started playuing retail, i hope u'll honorate this name and make it the best guild there, but i doubt that icc works on private...just for example the boat fight is so scripted so...
