i rolled on 2nd call only, after fruit was kicked.

just before he passed me the leader (after illi was killed) he /rw "1 roll per person" (was explaining the rules:) than broke them) .. server crashed, couldnt make this ss.

Ok here is wat happened ask the raid... i started the raid tanked mobs up 2 sup than torba came back online... i lead all the way till illi than when he we looted body i gave lead 2 him cos i dunno how ML works when he /RW glaive i roll and he kicks me from raid so i left the guild... i refuse 2 go back in2 demi god untill he is banned from demi god every 2nd person in demi god does not like him or wanted him officer...

so u kick the leader cos his over excited on hos 4 month item? ive been in this guild longer than u boy i dont need ur shit !

ummm wow. I was in the raid and despite my busy schedule I will explain what happened. Simple.

1. Fruit made raid because wanted Glaives for 4 months
2. Torba came back and took lead
3. We downed Illi and he was master looted
4. Roll announced for OH Glaive
5. Fruit rolled repeatedly post announcement
6. Torba kicked without warning
7. Torba announced a second time to roll again
8. Torba rolled for the first time during second roll session but Fademaster one glaive

that is unbiased information ladies and gentlemen. Now judge the situation how you see fit

wow, now that i understand the whole situation, its a whole other story..... fruitfly, you did pretty much fuck yourself, im not even gonna lie about that. torba has been cool this whole time, and you fucked yourself thats basically it. torba still has my respect and everything, but you just pretty much screwed yourself over the glaive. just because a guildie is a raid leader, doesn't mean you can abuse him to get what you want. i am on torba's side on this argument... and i apologize for any misconceptions to him.

i apologize for thinking too soon and not having a chance to hear both sides of the story before ending the situation with a conclusion. like i said, fruitfly fucked his chances of getting by rolling more than once. i think it was the valid choice that you did torba, i respect you for your efforts, and the fact that you weren't taken into a serous consideration. i apologize.

keng i was leader the whole raid was started for my glaive everyone knew thats y i was there im 8/8 i dont need bt except for glaive... i lead the raid when i say OH glaive i though it was mine cos thats wat we all agreed on even torba !!! so i rolled for the fun of it i thought it was mine 100% guess not

when you pass him lead, its not your raid anymore. to tell you the truth, no one cares if the person who created the raid isnt leader anymore, simply because they arent leader anymore. therefore, its the current leaders position and they are doing their job. torba does an excellent job, and isnt getting rewarded as he should be. the officer spot was a status that was given because of that.

thats why everytime people pass me lead, they want special privileges because they know i can do the job. then, i say, too bad, im leader, im making the decisions. im not wasting my time simply because someone who isnt leader is telling what i can or cant do.

im completely for his decisions. it was a justifiable move made by you matt, and i agree 100%. you have basically been treating everyone the same. and you have been raiding so much for the guildies. and when you do 1 little move, everyone hates you. now thats some bullshit to me.

the thing is too, hes been trying to do other stuff, we been talkin about alot of things in the officer chat about everything. he has never had intentions of favoring one another from the other (that was fun to say =D). he tried to do what was best. he got mroe involved with the forums, talked alot in the channel, he did exactlt what i was looking for another officer to attain. he is basically the next generation of shademinion, but with a little extra touch. i have no regrets from his decision.

An other point for fruit if you will do next time a raid for your own item like pass me this, i'll personally kick you from the guild

Ok keng this will go on for hours put a tally up on this post let the guild vote for wat is the right thing to do this is a guild of 300+ members let them choose not us 2.... if the votes say i was wrong i will appologise 2 torba and leave the guild personally if thats what eveyone wants...

the guild doesn't need to vote to know that you just had no shot of getting the thing in the first place. you do what you think is right, but its too late to apologize to torba now because hes gone. next time, think before you do something. he didnt fuck you over..... that is the end of this children's story....

everyone wants it, its not like its a gray item that no one wants. this is the only legendary on our server that can be dropped, therefore, everyone wants it, even torba. if you make an agreement, i would kick you form the raid too, because it isnt a fair shot to anyone... i dont even favor cero, and hes the freakin guild master, like i give a shit, its fair shot to everyone.

I wasn't talking about torba, I assume fruit wanted to be an officer.

#3 i Started and led the raid from start to finish
#4 i get promised a item by the raid
#5 they all knew when they joined i wanted the glaive ONLY
#6 i get kiked after leading the whole thing
#7 No warning no reason nothing ( ive been in a guild raid when some one rolls more than once they get ignored or a re rol happens)
#8 +- 10 pms saying wat he did was wrong
#9 Many times ppl have wanted him demoted !
#10 In all fairness i rolled a few times for run (torba said its a game) i rolled for fun cos its a game not a law. everone knew glaive was aggreed 2 be mine.. thats y i rolled a few times i cntrl c cntrl v thats it... not cos i got a low roll...

If you expected to win the item you would say something during final roll, you didn't need to /roll as a joke.
I always rolled for my items, except on dkp. I never, NEVER asked for a person to pass an item for me.
If what torba said is the truth, you broke your own rules, then you should have been warned, not kicked, but If I were the raid leader if you rolled highest second time I wouldn't give you the item.

In conclusion, although this is a game, you should have payed more attention and be more serious than you were.

I saw you entering the guild as bije, you helped kenshey(keng at that moment) in a brut raid, according to ken you were top dps since his raid didn't had much dps.
I never had a reason to complain about you, only thing that in my opinion makes you deserve a punishment was the kick without warning, you should have done something like this, "If what torba said is the truth, you broke your own rules, then you should have been warned, not kicked, but If I were the raid leader if you rolled highest second time I wouldn't give you the item"


My opinion won't make a big diference since I don't have the "rep", neither the rank, but in conclusion you should "shake hands" and debate more about the subject so that in the future "issues" like this can be avoided and that OUR guild may become even better.
