I have raided wid this guild in pugs a few times. Leaders were good n brained!

Yes good not a perfect raider. I dont go afk. Listen to the leader carefully. Follow the rules. Never try to go out of my league.

Depends on the current raid. And my position in that raid. If im the leader i wont leave the raid. But if im not then GRaid FTW!

I dont need them but maybe the other guildies need the loot, so kill every single mob n boss!

Ask for help in Gchat. Try to get some more brained players. Only if the Boss is really needed by everyone n is dropping alot of beneficial loot.
