Just a set of few things I've noticed since I've started playing on Magic. I hope no one feels offended. Or do I?

Communication

• Engrish – while most of us aren’t native speakers of English, we manage to produce decent, meaningful sentences. There are, however, people who are virtually oblivious of the very existence of “grammar”. What do we get? No articles, unmarked tenses, horrible spelling, or – how I like to call it – “I IS TARZAN”. Another feature is the overuse of words like “please” and “sorry”.

Diagnosis: Too stupid to care if other people understand what he or she says; will surely wipe your raid – you can’t follow instructions you don’t understand.

• Uber language – when one assumes their language is superior and therefore everyone speaks it. You get whispers in all sorts of languages (usually Spanish since it’s quite popular) and even your English replies do not seem to discourage the pesky foreigner.

Diagnosis: Usually a kid or a dropout. In rare cases extreme nationalists; can be annoying or ever make your raid fail.

• Cross-faction communication – believe me or not but there actually are people who play World of Warcraft, being unaware of the fact that you cannot communicate with a member of the opposing faction through regular means. You can usually observe this phenomenon when you kill some alliance guy and he or she would spam you with their common gibberish.

Diagnosis: AN IDIOT. I mean, come on! How can you play this game and not know that?


Visual confirmation

• Gear not matching the build – not much to add here, maybe only the fact that the talent build usually fails anyway.

Diagnosis: No skills or brains; probably the first character.

• Emote commands - /gloating, /laughing, /dancing, /spitting, etc. over a dead body of a lowbie one just killed. Yup, not only such a player fails by resorting to low-level killing (probably can’t score a single frag at a BG), he or she also feels proud about it.

Diagnosis: PVP failure; immature.

• Orb of Deception – no, really, a cool trinket. Unless some retard turns into a gnome and keeps spamming /laugh.

Diagnosis: A kid who’s like “omg this laugh is so awesome/cute/sweet/etc”.

• Red Ogre Costume + mammoth mount – my personal favourite! What tells everyone “I’m such a noob” better than marching through Orgrimmar as an ogre, stacking all the possible enlarging effects, going even as far as asking shamans to bloodlust you! And oh, block a mailbox or an NPC for an even more smashing effect!

Diagnosis: Attention whore – “look at me, I’m so big, too bad no one notices me in real life…”; might wipe your ride because he or she would be absorbed with /flexing, pretty much ignoring your instructions.



PVE – Raid Behaviour

• Duelling in instances – some people lack imagination, so between boss encounters they cannot think of a way of entertaining themselves other than duelling.

Diagnosis: Hyperactive, short attention span; will drag half of the raid into combat and spam healing requests (which will get the other half marked).

• Stacking the wrong thing (gems/enchants) – e.g. warriors stacking AP or mages stacking MP5.

Diagnosis: C-L-U-E-L-E-S-S; can’t use their full potential and therefore should be replaced.

• Telling the leader what to do – the name says it all.

Diagnosis: A know-it-all, self-proclaimed expert. Annoying and hindering the progress.

So can you tell me, what was your point with this post? You think, showing off how good you are in English even if it is not your first language and arguing on some childlish and idiotic briefs that people here do, will make anything better? If u made that post then...that was pointless waste of time. There will always be people like those are. Nothing will change ;D And yea even I, have some aspects of those XD [i ar idiot ]
