I have a list of the following guildies that have been listed as capable raid leaders:

Iluminaty/Dudulove
Valkirya
Bagoss/Bbagoss
Cronic/Croner
Internalsi
Nenadus/Nenthelight
Darkwiz/Zirgos

If i have missed anyone please don't be offended, just add your name to the list. Now what we want is information from everyone.

What time are you generally on? (raid leaders)

If the raid leaders in this list do not reply to this post, help me out and tell me what times you generally see them on...(we're talking in game/server time which is Central Time USA)

once we have this information, i will make the poll for us to vote on official graid times.

After that, we'll start DKP once again!

i play usualy 8:00 - 2:00 GMT

18.00h and 23.30h GMT

school will start in 6 days.idk when i will play.

Omg momz i loled so hard when i read this... anyway, I've been leading pugs to naxx lately and learning ofc. Just did PGG almost flawless (1 wipe at grob) and Military (saved at 4HM)

anyone care to agree or disagree?

keep in mind, this will be the new established GRAID times. People MUST join if they are online. I was thinking something along the lines of alternating times daily. Monday 11:00 AM CST, Tuesday 6:00 PM CST, etc...

If we agree, then officers have to agree to learn DKP. And at each graid, at least one officer must be on to do DKP. In the event an officer is not on, who ever leads the graid NBG - (assuming non officer at this point) will take attendance and send an ingame mail to a DKP versed officer and what bosses were killed. Then we can decide how to award DKP to those that participated in a non officer raid. Since loot will dished out NBG, no sense in awarding full dkp to people since keeping track of loot that way is a pain. Half DKP per boss killed maybe in this case? what do you guys think?

Dear mama, idk if the calendar new stuff works on private but on retail the raid leader invite whole guildies in a raid that he shedules at a time then ppls who can come accept and who can't deny it but like 4days before and u can shedule whole month raids like this and u will be sure to have more members cause ppls will come since they accepted.

well my opinion is... we should all install gcal but we have luck of ppl, and lots of ppl comes and goes on/off iregulary, fist of al we must make raid times, so all know on guild msg maybe, when ppl, start coming then we can use gcal more becouse lots of them would say i will, go, and wont appear... and officers must say when some of them will be online on raid times, so we can know about it? Whats the point of making graid without oficers, DUNNO who will join graid for half dkp pts?

On retail it's like we invite 40 ppls for a 25 raid and at the right time invites starts so if ther's some ppls that come late they will not join or the raid leader takes classes he needs and those who won't be invited don't have to cry that's it and no need for Gcal the calendar works

Guys .. im most of the time Active ... so no problem from me ... Just make 1 GRAID FINALLY !

bagg we just need that freaking 25 ppl to be online i mean the lvl 80s ;]

hmmm my gameplay may sometimes be earlier than posted here so im up to u all :]

i play at 11 - 17 server time - sometimes earlier sometimes later

i guess guild messages should solve it ;] "graid at XX server time " and i guess many ppl will come online :]

second suggestion

if we have so much pro leaders - lets make it pro and if we have many leaders in one raid let it be like this:

one main leader - explains the tactic,
the second gets ppl
the third checks the low gs ect

and so on

how bout that ?

lols Give me the explanation part... im the one who made 14 macros for thadius and at the end he is bugged ,,,

so we need 4 leaders

the fourth one checks if the boss isnt bugged and if it is worth trying

good point Ghost, we'll try to organize that much better, hopefully that many raid leaders will be online

Srsly guys we need some Raids leaders ... im getting tired of Leading all the time plus im not ALWAYS online and ready for a raid ....
someone take some correge and lead pleas XD u can always /w me ingame for advice
im feeling like im the only one who is leading lately...
